Base drawing are provided by our clients if base drawing is not available we also prepare the base drawing with the help of scanned maps or PDFs or any other source showing the floor plan of a particular area. We do the poly-lining of the drawing after the cleanup process is complete. We provide complete ploy lined drawings of every rooms, cubicles, and office space etc showing the gross area, occupied area and free space available of the particular building. We are hands on with BOMA, IFMA and OSCRE standard polylines which are used for various facilities and property management activities. We provide outputs in DWG, DGN, SHP and PDF formats depending on the requirement of our customer with an excel file or DBF file to associate with the CAFM software. We are independent of technology and can adapt to any technology with a short learning curve.
